Canada.
Comments:
Work primarily focused in an open pit mining department of approx. 1350 employees. Member of a team of 5 internal consultants attempting to introduce participative democracy into the mine and throughout the company. This is my second "redesign" project. Previously used Search and PD to "redesign" one maintenance division in the mine of approx. 300 employees. This effort was genrally regarded as a success. Engineer by profession. Been in this work for four years. Trained by Fred and Merrelyn Emery at NMSU and at Syncrude. Hooked on the principle of participative democracy - leaning toward the radical school of philosophy rather than the humanists.
