All applications or petitions submitted to the INS must include the fee listed below. If you fail to include the correct fee, your application or petition will be rejected by INS. The fee waiver request process (8 CFR 103.7 (c)) is not affected by the difference.

Filing fees listed above do not include the $50.00 service fee for fingerprinting, or any other costs that may be associated with application for Immigration & Naturalization Benefits.
$30.00 will be assessed for any checks returned to the INS as unpayable.
