conducted a workshop on Arc Welding. In addition to safety measures, students learned how to: cut the material, prepare surfaces, select welding parameters, weld, and finish welded joints.
Some of the attendees were: Laura Contreras, Luis Raúl Chávez, Arturo Fernández, Alejandro Hernández, Jaime Gallardo, Juan Francisco Anchondo, Silvia Salcido, Miguel Galaz, and Mario Solís. Thanks to the skills they acquired, the students are working now on the construction of: a rack for batteries, a platform for the turbine, and the hoisting system for the tower.
