This class focuses on
self-defense techniques that do not utilize the judo/jiu-jitsu gi.
The techniques taught in this class range from strikes to throws,
joint-locks, and ground
grappling.
Using proper alignment while applying techniques within the context of real fighting is emphasized. Non-cooperative sparring is introduced early on.

This
class focuses on Sport Judo and Sport BJJ. The curriculum will
generally be split between throws and ground grappling.
However, training will shift towards throws or ground grappling depending upon the type of upcoming tournament. *A judo/jiu-jitsu gi is required.

Wednesday
6-7:30pm

This
is an unstructured class where students can come in work on anything they
want to.
Many students use this time to get some extra sparring in for an upcoming competition, while others stop by simply to get in an extra workout. |
