Martha Rowe--voice

Martha Rowe received the B.M.E. and M.M. degrees in both Voice and Accompanying from the University of New Mexico, and the D.M.A. in Vocal Performance from the University of Arizona. She has soloed with such groups as the Santa Fe Desert Chorale, Musica Antigua de Albuquerque, Dona Ana Lyric Opera and the University of New Mexico and Las Cruces symphonies. She has also served as coach-accompanist for the Santa Fe Chamber Music Festival, the New Mexico Symphony Orchestra, and the Four-Corners Opera Company, as well as for numerous vocal and instrumental soloists. Dr. Rowe has been a faculty member at New Mexico State University since 1990, where she teaches studio voice, diction, and vocal pedagogy. She is an active member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing.
