Microsoft Excel Document
Requires Microsoft Excel to view the document. Microsoft Excel 2003 is recommended, but older versions will most likely allow you to view the document. What version of Excel do I have?

 

Microsoft Word Document
Requires Microsoft Word to view the document. Microsoft Word 2003 is recommended, but older versions will most likely allow you to view the document. What version of Word do I have?

 

Zipped (Compressed) File
Requires a compression utility to unzip (or uncompress) multiple files. WinZip is the most commonly used compression utility and is a free download.
Note: Windows XP users have a built-in compression utility. Simply download the zip file, right-click the file, and choose Extract... .
