The CHSS administers over 28 scholarships. Some are specific to Nursing students and others are open to all CHSS students. The application packet for each department/school includes a description of each scholarship. • Scholarship applications may be (1) printed, completed by hand and signed or (2) completed on-line, printed and signed. A current version of the Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader is required to open PDF form.
• Applications for Academic Year 2005-2006 must be hand-delivered or postmarked by Friday, February 4, 2005. Please refer to the application packet for additional information.
