Mission

New Mexico State University Employee Assistance Program is based on the belief that it is in the best interest of the university to aid and retain valuable employees.

Therefore, NMSU's Employee Assistance Program offers professional assistance to university employees who are experiencing temporary or persistent personal problems and or problems that arise from the work place that negatively affect their sense of job performance.
