|Qualifications:||An earned master's degree in Information Engineering Technology (IET), Information Technology, Computer Engineering Technology or a closely related field (in hand by hiring date) and three years of relevant applied engineering work experience in an industrial environment.
Preferred qualifications include knowledge and understanding of engineering technology principles and methodologies relevant to IET core-curriculum courses. Teaching experience in information technology field is a plus.
|Examples of Duties:||Responsibilities include course and laboratory delivery and development, and student advising. Additional departmental and college expectations relate to professional service and development, outreach, scholarship, and outcomes assessment (ABET). Collaborative opportunities exist in departmental focus areas of electronic engineering technology, and distance-education.|
