| Qualifications: | Earned Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering or closely related field. At least one degree in Industrial Engineering is required. One or more desired areas of interest are industrial engineering fundamentals, operations research, manufacturing processes and systems, quality, simulation and modeling, and systems engineering. | |||||
| Examples of Duties: | Candidates are expected to complement current research, teaching and service and should indicate experience in teaching, funded research, and professional service. Industrial experience is desirable.
Teaching and advising undergraduate and graduate students through traditional and distance education channels. Providing professional service. Developing new traditional and distance courses. Supervising Ph.D. students. Securing research funding in selected fields of interest to complement teaching and journal publications. | |||||
