| Special Conditions: | This position will require delivery of MBA classes at secure Department of Defense facilities; only U.S. citizens and qualified Permanent Resident Aliens possessing a bona fide emigrant alien card allowing residency in the United States will be considered. Foreign nationals (non-US citizens) who are working or residing on a US military facility (spouses of military, DOD civilian or contactor) and have authorized access to the facility are also eligible to apply. | |||||
| Qualifications: | Applicants should have an earned Ph.D. in Management (or a closely related field) with an emphasis in Strategy. ABDs may be considered at the rank of Instructor or Assistant Professor.
Preference will be given to candidates who can provide evidence demonstrating effective teaching and a solid publication record for their level of academic experience. Practical experience in industry and/or consulting is also desirable. Experience with online teaching is desirable. | |||||
| Examples of Duties: | Applicant’s primary teaching will be in Strategy. Experience teaching in one or more of the following areas would be considered a plus- Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, or Human Resources. Successful candidates will play a significant role in the development and delivery of the MBA program and PhD program in Management. | |||||
