| Qualifications: | A PhD degree in Chemistry or a closely related field is required and Postdoctoral experience is highly desirable. Candidates in all areas of organic chemistry should apply, particularly those in the areas that complement existing strengths. | |||||
| Examples of Duties: | The successful candidate is expected to establish an active and externally funded research program in organic chemistry. Essential to this position is a strong commitment to teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
The Department offers a BA and BS degrees in Chemistry and Biochemistry and MS and PhD degrees in Chemistry. | |||||
