POSITIONS ARE CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING
Special Requirements—Ability to obtain a government secret clearance is required. U.S. Citizenship is required. Must be able to obtain interim clearance before start of employment and a final SECRET clearance within one year from employment date.
Qualifications: Bachelor degree in hand by hire date in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or related technical area plus three years minimum experience required.

Experience in object-oriented programming desired.
Experience with software development required.
Experience in programming in Java required.
Database experience and ability to write SQL to interrogate databases and work with MySQL as a developer desired.
Experience on MS Windows operating systems, both as a user, and a developer required.
Experience and knowledge with a version control systems such as CVS or SVN desired.
Experience developing software using IDE environments such as Eclipse desired.
Ability to effectively communicate concepts and ideas in written and oral form required.
Ability to present work at both executive and technical briefings required.
Ability to interact with several different types of audiences desired.
Examples of Duties: Participate as a member of a software development team maintaining and creating software for a communications analysis project for the military. Develop and implement software modules for use in communication systems applications. Participate in creating new software requirements for upcoming projects.
