Full time – 12 month
Qualifications: EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS-
Master’s degree (in hand by hire date) in science related discipline required. Ph.D. preferred. 3 to 4 years related experience required.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS-_
-
Knowledge and experience in laboratory methodologies including- Molecular biology (DNA/RNA/PCR), animal handling and data collection, statistical analysis and laboratory safety.
-
Excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
-
Ability to supervise and instruct laboratory personnel in experimental procedures and protocol validation.
-
Must have no aversion to working with experimental animals or radioactive materials and chemicals.

Examples of Duties: -
Supervise and assist graduate and undergraduate students conducting research in reproductive physiology.
-
Manage and oversee daily laboratory activities in reproductive physiology and molecular biology.
-
Assist in animal data collection and experimental protocol validation.
-
Assist in writing research manuscripts and extramural grants and analyzing data.
