Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in BCS, CS or related field and 3 years of professional experience.

• Principles and practices of organization and administration
• Principles of supervision, training, and performance evaluation
• SQL compliant databases
• SunGard Higher Education Banner and Operational Data Store databases
• IBM Cognos business intelligence tools
• Prefer knowledge of HR position coding; financial accounting terminology, practices and FOAPAL coding

Examples of Duties: Provide budgetary, financial, research and human resources reporting solutions for the University community.
• Gather and analyze report requirements
• Create parameterized reports
• Develop business reporting rules
• Develop documentation for reports, business rules, report specification
• Perform report verification
• Research reporting tool capabilities and implement functionality
• Interface with team members to develop consistent reporting models
• Provide system support, including report distribution
• Evaluate system upgrade, provide test plans
• Create report testing scenarios
• Perform related duties as required
