Pricing Agreements (PA) come in all shapes and sizes. Some are through NMSU, the State of NM, and other State of New Mexico entities such as Albuquerque Public Schools and UNM. NMSU can "piggy back" off of agreements from other states or universities can be used as long as competitiveness can be shown to have occurred. A buyer in the purchasing office will make the determination as to whether such agreements can be used. Others are through the federal government and referred to as GSA (General Services Administration) contracts.

Below are the listings for different PA's and the responsible buyer for the agreement. Even though you may not find the commodity you are looking for in the list below, it doesn't mean there isn't one out there! Contact your local buyer to check.

Each agreement has its own specifications, pricing, and unique requirements so keep this in mind when using them. If the total purchase is $2500.00 or more a BUYER is still required to place the order!
