The New Mexico State University Officials' Association is responsible for the training, and evaluation of individuals interested in officiating intramural sports. Levels of expertise are obtained through attending clinics, written examinations, and game experience. Once certified by the association, individuals have the opportunity to officiate in area of recreation, junior high, and high school leagues as well as state, regional intramural levels.

You need to attend the Official Clinics' to become certified to officiate intramural sports. You will get paid while attending these clinics. Your experience and attendance of the clinics will determine how many games you will officiate within a given season.

 

Field Supervisors

A Field Supervisor's primary responsibilities are to sign in teams, set up fields, and keep records of intramural activities.
