Feeling intimidated when it comes to using exercise equipment? Then this service is for you! Includes a full orientation of the equipment used within the Student Wellness Center as well as the weight room and cardio room equipment.
Body Composition Test
$5 Students

A body composition test determines one's relative fat mass compared to lean mass within their body. It is an important indicator for certain health risks caused by overweight conditions. It also aids as a benchmark for those beginning a weight reduction program.
Full Fitness Assessment
$15 Students
$25 Faculty/Staff
A fitness assessment entails a series of sub-maximal tests pertaining to one's cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition. Test results are then compared to national norms, which will assist one in determining what areas of fitness they need to improve.
Comprehensive Wellness Assessment
$25 Students

Get a clear picture of the overall wellness characteristics within your lifestyle. This service provides everything included in the Fitness Assessment plus a nutritional analysis & lifestyle risk factor analysis.
8 WEEK CIRCUIT TRAINING PROGRAM
$30 Students
$40 Faculty/Staff
This program is catered primarily to "beginner" fitness levels. Participants will utilize exercise equipment conviniently located within the Student Wellness Center. The exercise prescription will entail a thorough, total-body workout that emphasizes both strength training and cardiovascular activity. Parcipants will receive a workout t-shirt, water bottle, and walking pedometer upon completion.
NUTRITION ANALYSIS
$10 Students
$15 Faculty/Staff
Do you have questions pertaining to your dietary intake? Partaking in a nutritional analysis can help you answer those questions. By utilizing "Food Processor" computer software participants will learn methods to achieve a balanced and productive dietary plan.
