Review the schedule of classes for the application term for application dates and deadlines. NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE LAST DAY TO APPLY WITH A LATE FEE.Deadline Dates

A separate application must be submitted for each degree sought.
(3)

$25 - Associates Degree
$25 - Bachelors Degree
$35 - Graduate Degree
Degree fees can be paid at https://accounts.nmsu.edu
(4) Graduation ceremonies are held by each campus and participation is optional.
(5)
Undergraduate student meeting requirements in summer may petition to participate in the May ceremony. Contact your Dean’s Office or campus student service office for details on Early Graduation Petitions. This petition option in not available to graduate students.
(6) Diplomas are mailed to the address provided on this application, 6 to 8 weeks after the applicable semester grades have been processed.
(7) Students failing to meet graduation requirements in the term for which an application is submitted are required to re-apply and pay new application fees.
