You may now link to the HorizonLive session on "Safety Measures for Handling Mail".  All you need to do is click on the text and it will take you right to the session.  Just use the upper portion of the screen where it asks for you to enter your "Name", do not use the lower portion where it asks for "Name and Password".

1. If you have never participated in an event, go through the preparation WIZARD to setup for HorizonLive. The WIZARD will run a series of tests on your computer to make sure you're ready for HorizonLive.
You can access the WIZARD by going to
and clicking on “WIZARD” link in the middle of the page.
2. Once you launch the WIZARD, it will detect certain features of your system.  It will then run you through a serious of questions which it will ask you to respond to by entering information or clicking on yes or no.
3. Log On Screen:  When this screen appears, you will see two sections.  Enter your name in the lower section titled “Log on as Guest”.  Do not enter any information in the area titled “Name” and “Password”.
4. You will then be taken through a series of tests and will be asked to click on “YES” or “NO”, simply follow the directions given.
5. After successfully completing the series of tests, you are ready to participate in all HorizonLive sessions!
6.  You may now go back and click on the link given above to view the session on Safety Measures for Handling Mail.  It is also possible for you to find  the session "Crisis Response: Mail Handling Safety" from the list of classes on HorizonLive found at
