Subject: Ladder Safety and Fall Protection Class  

A class on Ladder Safety & Fall Protection is being offered on March 5th, 2002. Two classes will be given, the first one at 8:30 -10:30 am and the other at 1:15 to 3:15 pm. Both classes will be held in the Safety Training Room, room 102 in Genesis B, just north of Parking & Employee Health Services on Research Drive.

The class will cover basic ladder safety with all types of ladders, fall protection and scaffolding. Please encourage your employees to attend even if ladder usage is infrequent. Several demonstrations of correct equipment and usage will be performed. Scaffolding and fall protection equipment will be demonstrated by Tim Sims, president of Territorial Scaffolding, Inc.
