Announcement:    First Aid and CPR Classes Scheduled

EH&S is pleased to announce the CPR and First Aid classes for fall semester.  

The NMSU Police will present the classes as follows:

  • October 1,     Wednesday afternoon,  1-4 pm   - Adult CPR (max. 16 persons)
  • November 5, Wednesday morning,   8 am-noon - First Aid  (max. 8 persons)
  • November 5, Wednesday afternoon , 1-4 pm   -  Adult CPR (max. 16 persons) 
  • December  4,  Thursday  afternoon,   1-4 pm    - Adult CPR (max. 16 persons)

The classes will be presented at the EH&S Training facility, Room 102, Unit B, Genesis Research Center, Research Drive (next to Employee Health Offices - see map on EH&S Website)

  • There is a minimal cost of $5 for each class.  This will not include the CPR or first aid manual (available separately). Certification is good for two years
  • The classes are open to the University community.  Any interested staff, faculty, or student may attend.
  • Minimum class size is 6 persons.  We need to record interest to hold the class, so please register in advance.
