SAFETY CLASSES - EH&S has added several additional FREE safety classes for the fall semester. These include 

• Employee & HazCom Safety, 9-11:30am on Nov. 12 (Wed.) - This is the required class for all new full time employees.
• Radiation Safety II, 8:30-11:30 am on Nov. 19 (Wed) - This is follow-up to Rad Safety I.
• Lab Standard,  9-11 am on Nov. 20 (Thurs.) - Employee & HazCom class is prerequisite for class.
• Radiation Safety I, 1:30-4 pm on Dec 17 (Wed) 

These classes are provided at the EH&S Training facility located in room 102, Unit B, Genesis Research Center (see map on EH&S Website)

CPR CLASS - Also there are space available for the

• Adult CPR class, 1-4 pm on December 4 (Thurs. - max. 16 persons)   

There is a minimal cost of $5 for the CPR class.  This will not include the manual (available separately). Instructors from the NMSU Police will present the CPR class at the EH&S Training facility.  This facility is located in room 102, Unit B (next to Employee Health), Genesis Research Center (see EH&S map)
We need to record interest to hold the class, so please register in advance
via the NMSU EH&S website at  http://www.nmsu.edu/~safety
