CPR training classes to be held this
fall
Adult CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary
Resuscitation) classes have been scheduled for the fall 2004 semester.
The classes will be as follows:
-- 1 to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 14.
-- 1 to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 12.
-- 1 to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 2.
-- 9 a.m. to noon Tuesday, Dec. 7.
The classes are coordinated by NMSU
Environmental Health & Safety and will be held in their Training facility Room 102, Unit B, of the
Genesis Research Center,
4200 Research Drive. All classes
have a maximum capacity of 15 people. Interested individuals should
register to ensure seating and
attend the class in order to received certification. There is a minimal
cost of
$10 for the certification, which is
good for two years. Registration will not include the CPR manual, which
is
available separately. The class is
open to the University community. Any interested staff, faculty or
student may attend.
