Two items for your action.

1) Attached is a powerpoint tabletop scenario designed to exercise communicable disease response plans for Pandemic Flu.   We are providing this in advance so that you have time to review and discuss your divisions actions and role in this scenario.  This exercise will offer the opportunity to evaluate our response plans and the value derived from this tabletop will depend on the effort you put into it.

2) Second attachment is the updated Task Planning Worksheet with the major changes highlighted in blue.  The task worksheets should help you focus on tasks for which your division is responsible. We have covered this at the last two meetings.
