Greetings

The Community wide tabletop drill for the Pandemic Flu will be held on Thursday, December 7^th from 9:00-11:00 am at the Student Health Center Conference Room.  The tabletop will be held in a similar format to our drill but will include sound and webcasted slides in addition to a direct teleconference (telephone) connection.  There will be 17 sites throughout our region including Dona Ana, Otero, Luna and Sierra Counties.  The NMSU site will be the host to the main campus, DACC, and the Las Cruces Public Schools.  It is really important that everyone participate so we can continue to refine our plan.  Please RSVP to me if you are attending or will be sending a representative in your place.  I appreciate your continued support of this project.  LM
