| The following are links to a ~5 minute streaming video demonstrating the
main points of the NMSU Emergency Alert System, a telephone-based emergency notification
system. The video files are formatted for Windows Media Player (typically bundled with
recent MS Windows systems) and Real Media Players. A compatibility player must be
installed on your machine to view the demo (Real Media Player download).
Note, although Netscape will download both the Real and the wmv file,
the Window Media Player will not work with a wmv file downloaded via
Netscape 4x. Recommend Netscape user download the Real Media
file. The file is about 12MB.
Depending on your computer configuration the video may download and play automatically
when the link is selected. If the video start automatically, save the video file,
start a compatible player and then direct the player to open the saved file.
