The following are links to a ~5 minute streaming video, "Why Don't We Do It In Our Sleeves", demonstrating sneezing in your sleeve as a way of minimizing spread of germs and viruses.

The video files are in WMV and MOV format for viewing respectively via Windows Media Player (typically bundled with MS Windows systems download link) and Quick Time player (free player for download). Some alternate players may also allow viewing.
