Greg Vogel
Environmental Specialist

Greg Vogel is currently an Environmental Specialist with NMSU EH&S. 

As an Environmental Specialist he works to insure that NMSU complies with all regulation concerning the storage, transport, and disposal of hazardous chemical and biological wastes.

His functions range from chemical identification and packaging to on-campus incident response.

Updating and streamlining a Chemical Dictionary that will help compliance
personnel correctly categorize, package, and ship a large variety of
chemicals and mixtures. 
The compilation of this dictionary has been ongoing since before my time as 
a student with the EH&S in 1989 and contains almost 10,000 different 
chemical compounds.
