Step 2: Price Supplies and Food

To make purchasing supplies easier, SGCR has compiled a list of prices for commonly needed items. Use these price estimates when filling out the purchasing requisition form and save a trip to the store!
- New Vendor Questionnaire
Performers who have not been employed by Housing before need to be enrolled as a vendor to be allowed to perform and to be paid for their performance. This version of the vendor questionnaire includes a cover letter with additional explanation.
