Saving and Printing Forms that are in "PDF" format The NMSU School of Social Work

To ensure that you can successfully save and print a PDF you are viewing in a webpage (including a PDF in WebCT), you must always & only save and print from the locations we point out here. Please do not go to the very top of your browser window to use the File->Save or File->Print options.

For saving a PDF, select the "Save a Copy" button or the floppy disk cartridge symbol. You will then indicate to the system the location to which you want your copy of the displayed PDF to be saved.

For print a PDF, select the "Print" button or the printer symbol.
