ARRA Activity Sponsored Projects Accounting
Announcements:
American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) awards are accompanied with required Recipient Reporting requirements. Sponsored Projects Accounting (SPA) will be coordinating the ARRA reporting requirements for NMSU awards. The reporting requirements apply to all awards received whether or not costs have been incurred.
The next reporting deadline of July 10, 2013 will require reporting information on awards received to-date through June 31, 2013. Your assigned fiscal monitor (accountant) will be contacting you prior to deadlines to obtain an evaluation of the completion status of the project.
SPA will be submitting reports through the Federal website www.FederalReporting.gov which is the central government portal for providing information on the Recovery Act to the public. The portal to key information relating to the Act which provides connections to other government websites with related information can be found at www.recovery.gov .
Contact SPA at 646-4986 or email SPA@nmsu.edu with any questions.
