- NM Learning Network:
This organization involves a group of educational leaders committed to improving eLearning opportunities for all New Mexicans. NM Learning Network facilitates eLearning opportunities for people in partnership with local schools, colleges, universities, and government agencies.
Dr. Ormand is currently the program director for NMLN, and the ICT Strategic Relations staff participate in various activities on this program.

New Mexico is the first state in the nation to create a statewide eLearning system that from its inception encompasses all aspects of learning from traditional public and higher education environments to teacher professional development, continuing education and workforce education.

The Regional Educational Technology Assistance (RETA) program is a statewide professional development partnership funded by the New Mexico Legislature. RETA helps New Mexico educators and administrators integrate technology into their classrooms.

ISTE's Affiliate network represents more than 85,000 education and technology professionals including teachers, administrators, technology coordinators, media specialists, and other professionals at all levels in education and government. Affiliate Representatives, leader volunteers from each Affiliate organization, network and collaborate virtually year round and face-to-face annually at ISTE's premier conference, the National Educational Computing Conference (NECC).

This organization is the primary affinity. It is a not-for-profit corporation in New Mexico whose members are proffesionals from the computing services divisions in every institution of higher education with New Mexico.

STATE AGENCIES
- NM Higher Education Department:
Works to encourage all New Mexicans to pursue a college education by making it more accessible and affordable. This organization has created a statewide vision for higher education in which all New Mexicans have the ability to achieve the highest level of education they desire.
