Testing
To take your exams at the SSD office:
- Meet with each of your instructors at least two 2) weeks before your first examination
- Discuss your testing accommodation and together complete the Testing Proctor Form
- Give your professor the bottom carbon copy of the Testing Proctor Form
THEN:
- Return the completed Testing Proctor Form to the SSD office at least five (5) business days prior to the exam
- Keep your copy of the Testing Proctor Form
- Contact your instructor at least two (2) days prior to your examination to confirm your test was sent to the SSD office
On the day of your exam:
- It is recommended that you arrive at the SSD office 15 minutes before your scheduled examination time
- Bring only what you need for your exam
- Students must only begin each exam taken at the SSD office at the specified time stated on the Testing Proctor Form. Students who arrive late for their exams will not be able to take their exams at SSD and will have to reschedule with their instructor for another time.
- All completed exams, including scantrons, must be retuned to the SSD office immediately after you are finished. Students cannot leave Garcia Annex with the exam or return the exam to their instructor themselves.
Making change to your exam schedule:
Any change in exam times or dates must be approved by your instructor and indicated on a new Testing Proctor Form. This form must be submitted to the SSD office in a timely manner.
