The University Accounts Receivable Office is located in Suite B of the Educational Services Center and reports to the Controller.

The primary duties and responsibilities of the department are to perform tuition and fee billing and receivables for the main and Doña Ana Branch Community College, process miscellaneous non-sponsored departmental accounts receivable, and operate the University's central cashiering and collection activities.

Specific duties include:
• tuition assessment
• adjustment and collections
• staff/spouse waiver
• housing and meals
• financial aid distribution
• miscellaneous receivables
• departmental deposits
• accounts receivable aging
• delinquent account collection
