On-campus housing is obtained by submitting an application to the Department of Housing and Residential Life. A $15.00 application fee and a $200.00 prepayment of rent is due at the time of application. Lease agreements, including refund procedures, are administered through the Housing and Residential Life Office and encompass the full academic year. Charges are assessed on a semester basis and are loaded directly onto a student's account. Housing charges listed are for standard sized rooms. Freshmen students choosing on-campus housing are required to participate in a meal plan.
