As NMSU’s public information office, the divisions of University Communications & Marketing Services provide the following services:

Marketing Services

Provides brand application guidelines through consultation, as well as tools and standards available at brand.nmsu. Develops/produces/archives marketing material and extension/experiment station publications. Conducts workshops on design, document preparation, copywriting/editing and the AES/CES publication process. We provide competitively priced print services in keeping with NMSU policy, which calls for all printing under $20,000 to be ordered via print.nmsu.

Media Productions

Provides instructional design, and video and educational media development for NMSU’s statewide outreach programs. Partners with campus, regional and national faculty initiatives and academic programs.

News and Media Relations

Provides a university news center, and e-mail news service. Maintains a database of experts available to journalists. Produces various periodicals, including Aggie Panorama for alumni and friends of the university and Research and Resources, a magazine that highlights NMSU’s research initiatives.

Photography

Provides a range of imaging services and maintains an archive of photographs. University personnel may request service by calling 575-646-3221 or using the online request form. Stock photography is available via the media bank.
