Zoom integrated into Canvas and for administrative use is now available

Update 3/20/2020 - 1:05 pm

Academic Technology is pleased to announce that Zoom is now integrated into Canvas and is now available for all instructors and students throughout the entire NMSU system. Adobe Connect is still available for use.  This was facilitated to provide additional tools as we transition more classes to online Instruction.

Zoom is a leader in modern enterprise web conferencing, with an easy, reliable cloud platform for video and audio conferencing, collaboration, chat, and webinars across mobile devices, desktops, telephones, and room systems.

This Zoom integration in Canvas was completed two months ahead of schedule to better accommodate the needs of NMSU staff, faculty, and students during the COVID-19 pandemic.
